Palmiter Benefits is your direct link to the carrier, providing advocacy services for you and your employees.
We work to resolve any and all claims issues on your behalf, and are your advocates, dealing with the complexities of benefit issues as they arise.
We collect and submit the appropriate paperwork for all enrollments and terminations, freeing you up to deal with other things. We follow up and make sure that all additions and terminations occur on a timely basis, and assure proper coverage.
As your liaison, we obtain and distribute both new and duplicate ID cards as needed and make sure your employees get the cards they need, when they need them.
If your emplyees are having trouble selecting or changing their Primary Care Physician, we can help. We are familiar with the participating health care providers and can make suggestions, as well as assuring changes are submitted appropriately and that they are in effect when they need to be.
